1.      Purchase and Payments


a)      Online Payment


Once you have completed selecting the respective products to be purchased from our website, we may require certain additional information in order to successfully complete the process of your purchase, such as your name, contact number, email id, billing / shipping addresses.


We do not store Credit/Debit card or Net banking details on our website. On clicking the option Pay Now, you will be redirected to either Secure Payment Gateway or Internet Banking website for completing the payment transaction. You will then be required to enter your relevant card details or net banking details to complete the transaction. After successfully completing the transaction, you will be re-directed to our website with a success message and order details being displayed.


In case of transaction failure, including technical or other error(s), please check your Bank Account to ensure that transaction amount is not deducted. In case of any such deductions, please call us on 1860-425-3333 or send us a request to care@jockeyindia.com, with details relating to the transaction. Upon verification with the Bank and Payment Gateway, we will confirm whether we have received the payment or not.

- In case we have received the payment, we will process the order unless customer has instructed us for a refund.

- In case we have not received the payment, the order stands cancelled and refund will be credited to customer’s account automatically. In case of any issue, customer has to check with his/her bank.


As we will not be storing any Payment related information on our records, none of our staff(s) will hold or be exposed to this information. We have partnered with ICICI Bank and Citrus Pay for processing online payments. Our Payment Gateways are secured with 256 Bit SSL and customer’s card or internet banking details are safe for transaction.


We are not responsible for any identity theft on account of non-protection of your e-mail ids, passwords, and files on your computer.


If you feel or have reasons to believe that an error or unauthorized transaction or activity has occurred through our website using your bank or credit card account, you are requested to contact our customer care immediately.


b)      Cash on Delivery (“COD”)


All products on the website can be ordered using Cash-on-Delivery. However we provide service in selected locations for COD payment method. COD service ability depends on the pin code of the shipping address. If your pin code is serviceable using COD, then the COD option will be displayed on the payment page, else the COD option will be disabled.

After you place an order using COD payment method, our Customer care executive may call you on the registered mobile number to verify and confirm the order. Upon verification and confirmation, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery, to complete the transaction.

 You will also be charged a COD Convenience Fee of Rs.40/- for each COD order, which is separate from shipping charges.


Key points:

·         The maximum order value for COD is Rs.20,000/- .

Cash only payment shall be made at the time of delivery.
